Give a Kid a Backpack

In preparation for the first day of school, many parents are hitting the crowded aisles of stores for back-to-school shopping. But for some families in impoverished countries, they can’t always receive an education simply because of the impact fees. More than 104 million children around the world won’t be able to go to school because they can’t afford the required fee for uniforms, textbooks, registration, and educational supplies.

Give a Kid a Backpack is a nonprofit organization that works towards enriching the lives of impoverished children around the world with backpacks filled with school supplies. For this school year, Bounce Energy will help donate to Give a Kid a Backpack. For every new customer that signs up with Blue Sky Fixed 6 or Blue Sky Fixed 12, Bounce Energy will be donating $15 to help purchase school supplies for Give a Kid a Backpack. Current customers will be able to help by becoming a Fan of Bounce Energy on Facebook and following us on Bounce Energy on Twitter. For each new fan/”like” and follower, Bounce Energy will donate $1 to Give a Kid a Backpack.
