June 29, 2011, 10:55am - The first tropical storm of the hurricane season has made its way into the Gulf. Tropical Storm Arlene is expected to strengthen later today as it moves towards Mexico. A tropical storm warning is in effect for the coast of northeastern Mexico from Barra de Nautla northward to Bahia Algodones.
