Find Answers Quickly and Easily with Bounce Energy’s New FAQ Portal

Let’s face it, no one likes to be on hold with a customer service representative. It wastes time and energy. So, to help with this frustration, Bounce Energy created the new Bounce FAQ Portal. It answers most of customers’ questions with just the click of a mouse.  The page is organized into different categories to help customers easily find their topic. If a customer has trouble finding his/her question under the various topics, there is a new search function to advance the search.

If for some reason, a customer still cannot find his question, then he can ask Bounce Emergy. On the right-hand side of the page, there is a question box where a question can be submitted. If it matches a similar topic on the page then it will bring up that topic. If not, the question is sent to Bounce Energy Customer Service, where they will answer your question via email.

So next time you have a question, use Bounce Energy’s FAQ portal and save time and some hassle.
