Bounce Energy MyAccount Portal Updates

Bounce Energy, a Texas energy company, is making it easier on its customers to find information and manage their Bounce Energy accounts (MyAccount). It’s easy to use and packed with options such as payment and billing options, energy usage charts, tracking and redeeming your rewards, special offers and more! To make it even easier Bounce created a video titled, Your Bounce Energy MyAccount to walk you through the MyAccount capabilities and shows you how to use them.
Here’s a summary of what you can do with the MyAccount:
View and Update Your Account Information
Reset your password, add an authorized contact, update your contact phone number, check your ESIID and account number.
Make a Payment
Pay your bill online or get more information on how to pay in person, where to send your checks or money order and other payment options.
Set Up Auto Pay
Avoid late payments by setting up auto pay. You just need a credit or debit card and you never need to worry about not receiving your rewards (Bounce Energy’s rewards program is based on on-time payments)
Set Up Paperless Billing
Never worry about checks, envelopes and stamps again – just switch to the eco-friendly Paperless Billing option.
Transfer Your Service
Moving and need to move your Bounce Energy service with you? No problem – just give us your new address, pick your plan and we’ll do the rest.
Switch to a Fixed Rate Plan
If you’re on one of our month-to-month plans and you qualify for a fixed rate plan, you’ll see the link “Switch to a Fixed Plan” inside of MyAccount.
Renew Your Plan
If you’re eligible to renew your fixed rate plan and within 45 days of the end of your term, you will see “Renew Your Plan”. You’ll be able to select the same plan or upgrade to a longer term fixed rate plan.
Track Your Usage with Charts
When you log in, you will immediately see a snapshot chart of your most recent energy usage. You can then dive deeper by clicking the “Your Energy Usage” link in the left navigation. Those charts will give you a historical look at your usage since you’ve become a customer. And, because weather and temperature play such a key role in how much energy you use, we’ve included that month’s average temperature in the chart so you can see the ups and downs relating to your usage.
View Past Bills and Payments
No more losing bills in a filing cabinet – Bounce Energy keeps a history of all your past electricity bills conveniently on your MyAccount page where you can view those bills quickly and easily. And something new is our new past payments tab, so you can easier see how much and when you paid your electricity bills.
Refer-A-Friend
You’ll find your unique Refer-A-Friend code on your MyAccount page. Earn a $50 bill credit each time a friend uses your code when signing up with Bounce Energy. You can also now track who you’ve referring to Bounce Energy and how many bill credits you’ve earned.
Rewards Tracking
Review an explanation of our Rewards Program to find out what rewards you can earn or have already earned just by being a valued customer and paying your bill on-time. Track Bounce Energy rewards, our American AAdvantage rewards or our Cash Back program.

Order additional services all in one spot without leaving your MyAccount page! Get matched to certified service professionals such as energy auditors, movers, landscapers, maids and more to help you around your house. Find the right service provider to connect your home to the internet, television, and phone service.
