Bounce Energy’s New Rewards Program – Earn 3% Cash Back

Bounce Energy really does love our customers, so we try to show that love in a variety of ways. We start by offering excellent rates on electricity that are quite competitive when compared to the “big boys” in the industry. From there, we feature our superior Rewards Programs, which seek to honor our customers who string together consecutive on-time bill payments. Then, we top it off with outstanding customer service across a variety of mediums, which has made us the most “liked” Texas-based energy companies on various social media platforms.
Thus, we are excited to offer our great customers our brand-new Cash Back Rewards Program for a brand-new calendar year! Starting on January 1st, 2012, Bounce is proud to present this new Rewards Program to all new and current customers. We are excited to give our loyal customers yet another rewards option, and this one offers the opportunity to earn 3% cash back for making on-time bill payments.
When a customer makes 12 consecutive on-time bill payments, the customer will receive 3% cash back on the next bill. The amount of cash back that you can earn is determined by first adding up the amount the customer paid across the entirety of those 12 consecutive bills and then calculating 3% of that total. This reward will then be applied as a bill credit to the customer’s following bill. Customers will receive 3% cash back for every set of 12 consecutive on-time bill payments made. Best of all, there is no minimum or maximum to how much customers can earn with this 3% cash back bill credit.
Current Bounce Energy customers may choose to switch to the 3% Cash Back Rewards Program by logging into their Bounce Energy MyAccount page. New Bounce customers will be able to choose between one of the three different rewards program during the sign-up process. However, customers will only be able to enroll in one Rewards Program at a time – if you leave either the standard Bounce Energy or American AAdvantage Rewards Programs for the new Cash Back Rewards Program, you will no longer receive the benefits or promotions inherent to those other programs.
Along with this new Cash Back Rewards program, Bounce remains committed to offering a range of incentives to its excellent customers along with the company’s competitive energy rates and plans. Customers who enroll in the standard Bounce Energy Rewards Program can earn rewards such as gift cards, movie tickets, a companion airfare certificate, bill credits, and a free month of electricity for making on-time bill payments. Customers who enroll in the American AAdvantage Rewards Program can earn one American Airlines mile for each $1 paid towards their electricity bill.
