Texas Electricity Company, Bounce Energy Celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a Special Low Energy Rate
Bounce Energy, the Houston-based energy provider, is celebrating Cinco de Mayo Day by offering a low energy rate of 5.5¢ per kWh for new customers in the deregulated areas of Texas (ERCOT). Customers can take advantage of this special rate on May 5th and it will be available for that day only.
Houston, TX, May 5, 2010 -- Bounce Energy, the Houston energy company, is celebrating Cinco de Mayo Day by offering a low energy rate of 5.5¢ per kWh for new customers in the deregulated areas of Texas (ERCOT). Customers can take advantage of this special rate on May 5th and it will be available for that day only.
New Bounce Energy customers who sign up with the Thrifty Saver Introductory plan on May 5th will have a rate of 5.5¢ per kWh for their first billing period. The Thrifty Saver Introductory is a month-to-month plan for customers looking to immediately start lowering their electric bill. With a flexible month-to-month plan, customers can take advantage of low rates when energy prices fall giving them control of their energy costs. There is no contract and termination fee enabling customers to switch between plans at anytime.
On top of the low rate provided on May 5th, new Bounce Energy customers will be enrolled in the Bounce Energy Rewards Program. Customers who make bill payments on-time for 6 consecutive months receive their choice of 2 movie tickets or a 1 year magazine subscription PLUS access to the Bounce Energy VIP Customer Service line. For 12 consecutive on-time payments, receive a $75 bill credit. And for 24 consecutive months receive a FREE month of electricity.
For customers looking for something different from the Thrifty Saver Introductory plan, Bounce Energy provides other plans that will fit any customers' needs. Bounce Energy offers fixed rate plans for customers who want to lock in their energy rates for as long as 6 or 12 months. Customers who want to power their homes with renewable sources can choose from a fixed rate and a month-to-month plan that use 100% Texas green energy. And for customers who plan on moving into a new home, Express Move 4 is perfect for homeowners who want a low, fixed rate plan for 4 months.
In the past, Bounce Energy has provided a number of different value-added services to its customers and the community.
