Manage Your Account and Pay Your Bill
Log into your Bounce Energy account for bill pay options, to refer your friends, transfer service and more.
Pay Your BillBounce Energy provides several ways for customers to pay their bills:
- Online: Log into your account by entering your user name and password OR try ExpressPay and make a payment without even logging into MyAccount.
- By Phone: Call toll free 1-888-452-6862
- By Mail: Send personal checks to P.O. Box 650691, Dallas, TX 75265-0691

- Pay in person at any Ace Cash Express or Moneygram location (find one here)
Auto Pay and Paperless Billing
We provide environmentally friendly billing options!
- With Paperless Billing, we'll notify you when your electricity bill is ready, and all of your bills are available 24/7 inside MyAccount.
- With Auto Pay, your payment will be electronically drafted on your bill due date each month, meaning your payment will never be late - making it easy to earn your Bounce Energy Rewards for on-time payments.
Select and Track Rewards and Promotions
As a Bounce Energy customer, you can earn rewards when you pay your bill on time each month. You also may have signed up while we were running a special promotion, such as a gift card.
In your MyAccount, we created a section where you can track your progress in earning these valuable incentives. Just log into MyAccount and click the "Your Rewards and Promotions" link in the left navigation.
Refer Your Friends
Through MyAccount, you can refer your friends and family to Bounce Energy so you can earn $50 bill credits for yourself and everyone who becomes a Bounce Energy customer because of your referral.
MyAccount allows you to easily distribute your unique Refer-A-Friend code and web link via email, Facebook, or Twitter. You can also print your own Refer-A-Friend cards with your unique code and web link included.
Transfer, Renew or Switch Plans
There are also several ways to make changes to your Bounce Energy plan:
- Moving: Transfer your Bounce Energy service to your new home.
- Renew: If your fixed rate plan is up for renewal, you'll be presented with new plan options.
- Switch to Fixed: If you're on a variable month-to-month plan, we'll provide you with fixed rate options to lock in your savings for longer.
Making a payment, signing up for Auto pay or Paperless Billing, and making changes to your plan aren't the only things you can do in MyAccount. You can also:
- View your past bills
- View your electricity usage information
- Add an authorized user to your account
- Get additional services such as energy audits, high speed internet, cable tv and much more.
