Redeeming Your Bounce Energy Rewards
Some of the rewards you earn through this program will automatically be applied to your account once you've hit that particular milestone of on-time payments. Those include the free month of electricity, 3% discount when you earn platinum status.
Three times during your first 30 months of being a customer, we will need you to make a choice of which reward you want, after 6 on-time payments, after 12 on-time payments, and after 18 on-time payments. You will be notified via email and through a postcard mailed to you, which will present your options along ways to contact us to make your choice. The best way to make your selection when they're available to you will be through your MyAccount or you can log directly into your rewards section by visiting BounceEnergyRewards.com.
*Free month of electricity based on the average of your previous 24 bills, capped at $100 after your 24th consecutive on-time payment.

- After you've paid your 18th bill on-time, you can select Companion Airfare as your reward. You will receive your FREE Companion Airfare gift card in the mail.
- Activate your gift card within 30 days of receipt and bring your companion for FREE on a trip!

When you sign up with this rewards program, you'll get back 3% of the money you spend on electricity. Active customers will receive this in the form of a bill credit after paying their prior 12 bills on time. This is Bounce Energy's way of saying thank you to all our loyal customers.
