Contract Term
Bounce Energy will send you notice of your contract expiration at least 14 days prior to the end of your initial contract term of 4 bills so that you can make a decision on what new plan and contract you want. If you fail to take action to ensure that you continue to receive electric service from us upon expiration of your contract, then you will continue to be served by us automatically following the end of your contract term pursuant to a default renewal product, which shall be a month-to-month product.
