If service is not provided on the business day your request is received, your priority connection should be completed by close of business on the next business day. Requests received after 2PM CST or on a day that is not a business day, will be turned on the following business day. (Sorry, there are no Saturday and Sunday connections.)
A valid credit card is required to process the order. There is a $125 fee for this service that is payable at the time of your order and only available at an existing premise with an existing meter. It is not available if inspections and permits or other construction are required.
