You will be notified, in writing, of the details of your transition including dates that affect your account. You are still able to log in to your Online Account Manager and pay your bills. If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-888-452-6862 between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. CST Monday through Saturday.

Who is Direct Energy?

What is Direct Energy's relationship with Bounce Energy?

In 2013, Direct Energy acquired Bounce Energy and it became part of the Direct Energy family of brands.

What happens to my rate and plan in this transition?

Your rate and contract end date will stay the same with Direct Energy.

What about my current Bounce bill?

Please continue to pay the bills you receive from Bounce. Once your account transfer is completed, you'll receive final bill from Bounce for your electricity usage through the date that your account moved to Direct Energy.

Who do I call if I have questions about Direct Energy or Bounce Energy?

Will I have to pay a deposit before I my service starts with Direct Energy?

No, you will not be required to pay a deposit to have your account transfer from Bounce Energy to Direct Energy, regardless of if you originally paid one when signing up for Bounce Energy.
