It might have been a while since the last time you barbecued but the time is back! Before you make grilling a weekly routine there are some issues to be addressed.

  • First of all, clean your grill and utensils. It might be a long time since they’ve been cleaned so who knows what you can find in them.
  • Make sure to check the hoses on the barbeque for leaks or any type of danger.
  • Be careful to choose the right poultry and meat selections. Avoid contamination by washing hands right after touching raw foods.
  • Be sure not to spray any kind of bug repellent near the food either.
  • If you are working with a gas grill, make sure to turn it off after it is used.

Grilling can be a fun experience for everyone, but there are some rules to follow to ensure this fun time. More detailed tips on food preparation and cooking methods can be found online.
