Bounce Energy’s Efforts to Give Back to Its Communities and Charities

By Julianne, October 11, 2010, Charity & Community, News

Last month, Bounce Energy donated $2500 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas. The Make-A-Wish Foundation was among the number of charities nominated in Bounce Energy’s “Nominate Your Charity” campaign. We asked our Facebook fans and followers which charity we should donate to. After a month of voting, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas received the most number of votes. The Nominate Your Charity campaign was among the list of charitable projects Bounce Energy has done within the past year.

As a Texas electricity company, we provide electricity service to our customers in the deregulated areas on Texas. In addition to electricity, we also provide quality service and big rewards. We extend our motto of providing more than just electricity to not only our customers, but to our community as well. We have helped aid in hunger and disaster relief, raised money for cancer and AIDS research, helped provide school supplies for impoverished children, and more. We’ve also participated in community events around the Houston area such as the Race for the Cure and sponsoring Trees for Houston Planting on the Parkway event and the Shade of Hope community arts affair.
