Here at Bounce Energy, we believe in giving back to our community just as much as our customers. That’s why at the core of our principles is our charitable giving – including our annual scholarship program, the “BE More” scholarship program.

Announcing the 2017 BE More Scholarship from Bounce Energy

Every year, Bounce Energy asks high school senior and college students in the state of Texas to tell us how they are more than a student for a chance to win a $2,500 scholarship! Three qualifying students who go above and beyond in their studies are awarded with money towards their education.

To be eligible, students must complete the application online, submit a copy of their transcript (official or unofficial) and write a 500-word essay responding to:

“Bounce Energy considers itself to be more than just an electricity company. Going beyond just competitive electricity rates, we also offer customer rewards, community charity support opportunities, and other convenient products and services. Bounce Energy wants to know: how do you consider yourself to be more than just a student?”

Students must be a high school senior or college student who live or attend school in the state of Texas, are under the age of 24, and have a minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Qualifying students must submit their application online from March 27, 2017 through June 30, 2017. Winners will be contacted on September 1, 2017 and announced on our website.

We are very excited to read about how students in Texas are taking extraordinary measures to achieve their goals and be more than a student. Share our scholarship program with any high school seniors and college students in your life!

Wishing all of our applicants the best of luck!
