Rated 1 out of 5 by from I’m disappointed in Bounce I’ve been a VERY loyal customer for years. Never missed a payment. Moved away where Bounce wasn’t available for about a year- came home- was in a hurry setting up my plan due to all the moving and my young son I accidentally selected the wrong plan. I called the SAME day to tell them I was mistaken when I said the name of the Plan I thought I was signing up for. I’m talking 2-3 hours later I called and no one would help me. I’m trapped in the terrific 24. Needless to say after such a loyal customer I have been to them- for them to not fix this... I just find unprofessional and I feel trapped. I’m not happy with my rates or my bill now and I’m stuck. I don’t recommend. No matter how loyal you are- they will eventually trap you.

What do you mean by making my plan green

Hi Jessica, Thank you for your email. If you make your plan green you are contributing to the renewable sources that are in the grid. This means that your selection allows for more green energy to be placed on the grid for consumption. 8.5 ok but is that a land mine I'm going to step on , theirs no info or plan building on all other charges this sounds good if most charges are included if not 8.5 really don't mean much??

Hi Terry, Thank you for reaching us. The rates that are displayed are an average based on 2,000 kwh's. They include the Bounce Energy rate,base charge and delivery fees at that usage point. For the build your own plan the average rate will change based on your selections. The EFL for your created plan will then display under the rate and you will be able to see the itemized charges in detail. If you have further questions please feel free to reach us. -Sam

What do deposits run?

Are your plans month to month

Hello Teaic i, Thank you for reaching out to us. The majority of our current plans are contracts. They range from 5 months to 36 months in length. Once your plan ends, if not renewed, then you would roll into a month to month until a new plan is selected or until the service is cancelled ( whichever comes first). I live in a large house, 4,800sf. Is this fixed, even for usage over 3k per month?

Hello Eric, The rates we display are an average rate based on 2,000 kwh's. The average includes your Bounce Energy charge ( rate), base charge and delivery fees at that usage point. If you select a contract plan the Bounce Energy charge will be fixed for the duration of your contract. The Bounce Energy charge will not fluctuate with your usage. does moving to another apartment during the contract period result in an early cancellation fee if I choose to continue getting my service with Bounce?

It would also not apply if you move and call to process a move out and provide a forwarding mailing address.
