Rated 1 out of 5 by from I’m disappointed in Bounce I’ve been a VERY loyal customer for years. Never missed a payment. Moved away where Bounce wasn’t available for about a year- came home- was in a hurry setting up my plan due to all the moving and my young son I accidentally selected the wrong plan. I called the SAME day to tell them I was mistaken when I said the name of the Plan I thought I was signing up for. I’m talking 2-3 hours later I called and no one would help me. I’m trapped in the terrific 24. Needless to say after such a loyal customer I have been to them- for them to not fix this... I just find unprofessional and I feel trapped. I’m not happy with my rates or my bill now and I’m stuck. I don’t recommend. No matter how loyal you are- they will eventually trap you.

my daughter in law told me abouy bounce energy, and showed me her plan, that is for 7.4 or 7.9 per kilowatt, for 12 months, and my question is, how can i get the same rate, because i been tryimg, and the lowest i can get is 11. something?

If u choose a plan using 25% or 50% green energy, does that portion of ur energy rate increase?

I am extremely disappointing and very unhappy.I switched after my uncle bragged about how low his bill was.did not get the $50 bonus. my real problem is I was paying $150 on average with TXU and now I pay close to $300 when my AC is on 79 -78. !!!!!!!!!

What if there is a switch hold from the previous customer

Hi Kassandra, Thank you for reaching out to us! If your meter has a switch hold, we have a form that you would fill out (J2 form). You, as the new tenant, would complete the form and send it to us along with a copy of the documents listed on it. We would then submit them to the TDU to see if they can remove the hold based on the information provided. what if you don't use 2000 kw i only use about 800 kw

Hi Donna Thank you for you inquiry. If you select a contract plan your Bounce Energy charge would not change during your contract length. That would be the charge per kwh without the delivery charges included. Once you include the delivery charges and base charge the Average rate will be different than the one based on 2,000 kwh's. The Electricity Facts Label for the plan you like will reflect the breakdown of the rate, it will be listed on the second paragraph displayed in the electricity price section. How long will the switch take

Hi Adrian! A standard switch of provider may take anywhere from 1-7 business days to complete. If you opted to process a forward switch, t allows you to select a specific day after the standard 7 days, and would begin on the date selected. Does the right quoted for the plan include Oncor charges

How do you calculate the billing on your 12 month free weekends plan? Ex: March 20-April 22 - 31 days, 12 weekend days and 19 weekdays - just bill for the weekdays? Are they substracted from the total monthly kws?
