What happens to my Refer-A-Friend bill credits if I switch to another Retail Energy Provider?

You must remain a Bounce Energy customer to receive bill credits earned through the Refer-a-Friend program. If you cancel your service with Bounce and/or switch to another Retail Energy Provider, bill credits will be applied to your final bill and any remaining credit balance will be forfeited. Bill credits will not be paid out in the form of cash/check.
