What happens to my Bounce Energy MyAccount? How do I log in to Direct Energy’s Online Account Manager?

You will be able to access your Bounce Energy MyAccount until MM YYYY. If you have an email linked to your Bounce account, when your account is transferred you will receive an email from Direct Energy with information on how to set up your Online Account Manager (OAM). You can also go to Directenergy.com/account to register once you begin service with Direct Energy. Please note: Your Bounce Energy bill details will not transfer into your Direct Energy OAM account. We recommend you save these documents if you wish to access them in the future.
