I appreciate a company who thinks outside the box. I was moving and a ton of things to do including ordering my electric service. Didn't know who I was going to choose, but I knew that I was switching from Reliant. I did some comparing and in about 5 minutes found this Express Moving plan from Bounce Energy. Hooked up my electric service, changed my address and added me to the don't call and don't mail list (which i hadn't even thought of). But on top of all of that, got my first bill at my new place it was less than what my last bill was with Reliant with only 14 days of service on my last bill. The sign up process was easy, and within a week I had received notice from Bounce that I had been effectively signed up and added to their system. So, i can't tell you how many issues I have had with electric companies in the Houston area. My overarching view was they were all terrible.
