  • I became one of Bounce Energy's first customers when they opened their doors and asked me to switch to their service. Since deregulation, I had never once looked into doing this, so I thought it might be a move I would come to regret. They offered a lot of incentives like rebates and rewards that got my attention. I'm happy to say that not only did the transition go smoothly, but they have kept their promises and have not had to be reminded to deliver what they promised to me. The rebates appear automatically on my statements and rewards show up in the mail. When my bills are paid automatically with a credit card charge I am notified with an email every time. Because they communicate so effectively through the web and email, I never have to use the phone. I highly recommend this company.

  • Direct energy had horrible contracts and fees with bad rates. Reliant fools you by pretending to be nice and then treating you bad, but Bounce just loves you all over!

The sign up process was easy, and within a week I had received notice from Bounce that I had been effectively signed up and added to their system. Since then, my bills have cut in half, and I've gotten regular notices from them about my due bills. Paying online has been easy. So far, so good.

  • I am not usually a fan of big utility companies, been burned by them in the past. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful Bounce Energy was when I signed up. I was moving into my first apartment since moving to Houston from Seattle - so I really had no idea what I should do considering that I had never had a choice when picking my electric company.

    They walked me through all the plans and I decided to sign up with them since the rates were as good OR LOWER and they were the most helpful of the 5 companies I spoke to.

    Got my first bill yesterday and it was nothing like I that i thought it would. I kept hearing horror stories from my friends about their bills during the summer - I was pleased with mine.
